Introducing our new programme...

Meet the Funders’ brought to you in partnership with Winning Pitch, as part of the existing Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership Investment Readiness Programme.

This programme is available to businesses based in the Leeds City Region.

Join the programme and receive free investment readiness support as well as the opportunity to meet the investors!

This 12-hour mini-series will give you access to bespoke finance and pitch deck preparation workshops along with 1-2-1 coaching to help you prepare for investment.

We have created a modular based programme of workshops to support the growth ambitions of businesses ranging from understanding the investment landscape to creating a 'winning pitch' investment deck.

  • Investment Landscape – This workshop explores the various types of investment that are available. SME’s will receive a full overview of the finance and investment landscape including the different types of finance available for different types of business.

  • Pitch Deck Preparation – This workshop will take SMEs through the important elements that need to be included in a pitch deck. We will follow a standard structure approach, giving you the tools and confidence to successfully pitch your business to investors.

  • 1-2-1 Coaching - Being ready for investment is not only about an investment deck, but also about how an entrepreneur can elevate their opportunity. We will take you through the fundamentals of being prepared for investment and making the most of your pitch. These 1-2-1 sessions are designed to further develop your investment proposition, along with making sure you get the most out of pitching to an audience of investors.

  • Meet the Investors – SME’s will have the opportunity to deliver a winning pitch to a panel of active investors who have the capacity to invest. The panel will offer valuable feedback and support to each SME.

The programme also offers 1-2-1 support, giving businesses the ability to work with professional experts to refine their pitch decks. This tailored support culminates with SME’s having the opportunity to pitch their business to a panel of investors for feedback and further support.
